Aaaaaahhhh.....exciting!!!! Can't wait to see what will be found. Unfortunately I am at work so it will be a few hours yet until I can head out again. I will be here and reading with bated breath though. Kudos and rep to the first one to solve/find it! :)

Did I mention "Exciting!!!!!"? :D

There are 8 Pleiades Sector ABs with a single M star

We need to find the one with 10 bodies.

(or that is what I think)

I read that as "the name of the moon has the letters 'AB' in it" - but I could be (and normally am) wrong...

That just means the moon is orbiting not a single star, but the barry centre between two stars. (Please correct me if I'm wrong)
So both the system and the moon would have AB in their names.

So are we searching for an icy moon orbiting the barry centre of two (maybe M-class) stars, or a system in the Pleiades with AB in its name?

Single M-class.

Dillon is lying.

Should be quick to find the system based on this.

Here are a few systems to start you of. :)

"the nature of the thing will be revealed"

so we have system, planet, long (and lat). Lets get as many scarabs there as possible

I suspect the same thing too.

However, I tend to get a large number in a short period, then none for ages, and the big problem I have is that my uss spawns tend to happen just before I reach a target and are then exhausted for ages afterwards.

In my experience, as soon as I enter the SOI (planet turns red on radar) I get a lot less frequent USS. As soon as I leave the SOI of a planet, I get immediately USS and an overall increase of USS.
While in the SOI, I get approximately 1 USS every 10-15 mins. I normally just AFK and periodically check for signal sources. :D
