Never got an email from you.
Was hoping for an email, even if you did not have any "game extras, discount codes or other fun exclusives".

I contacted support about not receiving my Special Day e-mail (mine was the 23th of August) and they just mailed me a code. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the code.

So just contact support and report this issue (do check all your junk and spam boxes first though, it would be embarrassing to have missed it because it got shoved in the spam folder).

Mine's coming up as well. 11th of September, 15 years since my first date with the girlfriend. And those of exceptional math skills will figure out that the first date was the 11th of September 2001.

At least it means I'll never forget the anniversary date.

Yes me too, didn't got anything

I have read somewhere that FDev don't fix this. You could mail them and than you will be able to re-set your special day and can try again.

Maybe some forum-guru can find this for you
