Seek a System with Civil unrest for imrpovised components

Decided to Focus on engineer today.

What I am missing since the engineer came out is:

- Imrpovised Components. As I read those should be in USS in System with civil unrests.

Can anyone tell me a System that has a civil unrest right now or can tell me how I can provoke civil unrest?
( I get around a lot but that state seems to be very rare)


- High wave data
Do I really have to buy a second ship and install such a wave scanner just for that???????
( dont trust to remove my modded utilities)

- Nothing to say. Just as Info: I am one of them never came accross a Mission with that reward since I pay Attention (half time of engineers) and I am all Mission focused.

Byway what I don't get when I destroy ships (pirates and combat) the yall drop all the same Standard material over and over again. Arent they supposed to drop one of the very rare once and then too?

1 Galaxy map has a state filter, that should show you the system states you want.

2 yes, if you've modded all utilities you need a new ship, at least till storage comes in next patch (late october)

3 All i know is that i got some exquisites somewhere somehow, sorry!

Seesh,
Galaxy map filtering worked. Seems thought it only Shows the state of the Major faction of a System or maybe it was by Chance that it was the Major faction. So I was there for hours (all the time since my last post).

Outcome:
Entered multiple USS, entered Nav Beacon, killed Police ships and pirates and normal ships of that major fraction.
Got wanted tag and bounty on me which means (I cant play normal for the next 7 days) and got disgrace of the federation.
And ZERO improvised thingies.
Dont know what else I can do. :/

On the flip side.. I landed there and found the first excusite Focus Crystal Mission.
Nice ironic from ED that it is from the fraction I am now wanted and my Reputation is damaged below that Mission trigger!

Anyway I will have to work to get that Mission guess there is nothing else I can do. Certainly can not pass on the 1 to 1000000 spawn chance of an excusite Focus Mission.

CZ in that civil unrest System? not sure if there is one.
I am often in CZ and warzones. They never drop anything else than the standard stuff that they always drop. If they ever dropped something else the while engineer were already solved for me. I have 50 of each of those things for sure including the "rare" labled. I trash everything above 50 since you know the space is limited.

Right now I have my Cargo full of engineer canisters too that I collected with all the missions I flew the last week. That is thet the problem and the reason why I focus to finish the engineer. You can not well fight with such a Cargo since the real danger are not elite annacondas but that your heat goes over 150 in the heat of the battle and you loose your Cargo. I usually trash the engineer Cargo.

Yeah Ed is all a bit anyoing with engineer. On the other Hand it shouldnt be that simple to collect all that stuff. So I am not really complaining.
I more seek the input to Focus the search to get the stuff together now and get right of that Cargo handicap.
