Newcomer / Intro FSD Boost Question

So, I've successfully made my first 25% FSD Boost jump. I used my SRV to gain the mats needed and it worked out great.
My question is, currently I've got the ability to "basic" FSD boost, but "standard" and "premium" are red and inaccessible. How can I "unlock" these 2nd and 3rd tiers of jump range?

You don't have to "unlock" it. You just need to have the right materials for synthesis.

If you go to the synthesis window in your inventory tab and open the FSD boost levels' overview, it will show you the list of mats and their quantities you need to have.

Be careful with these boosted jumps it is possible to overboost to a star and be stuck because you don't have the resources for the return trip.

Hey, followup question...
I've searched for an hour on the forums and google.. but can't find this answer.
What are the jumponium materials needed for the level 3 jump (premium 100%)

Can't tell you from top of my head, but if you have the game fired up, then like I said, go to your Inventory on the right hand panel, go down to synthesis, select the FSD boost, flick to the level 3 tab and you'll see the list of what you need.

To tab over to see the mats required for the other levels, use the same key you use to tab the top level menus. This had me confused at first.
