While 'delay' was always my choice, I am in fact quite surprised (and pleased!) that the poll had such a clear outcome. This should appease even the players more leaning towards 'instant', as such an overwhelming vote is quite unusual in democratic elections.

Hmm, almost 40.000 votes. And it seems that statistical distribution of both previous forum only poll and the forum exit poll really copy the result to high degree of precision.

It means that the forum itself is really more or less a mirror of the whole player community. This fact is a bit surprise for me, I always supposed that there is certain "bias" of dedicated forum users against the overall average of playerbase.

It's a pretty strong number for players caring enough about a feature to take the time and participate in a vote that's open for only a week, though.

A few queries/ideas (taken from my post in the poll commentary thread):

• In the spirit of Delayed, will the feature NOT be rolled-out in Update 2.2/1.7 as Instant would have been?
• In the spirit of Immersion, will it be gradually rolled-out based on the results of special Community Goals?
• Would these Community Goals be in Open Play only?

The drama and salt would be legendary
