Third Alien Race Found?

I know the Thargoid are the focus at the moment, but David Braben did say to look out for other races.

I'm exploring at the top of an inner spiral arm moving towards Jacques. I found a small system with eight planets that had an earth like but it looked strange. It was full of debris in weird orbits. I was about to scan the earth like when a small ship showed up, type unknown, and a small creature came over to my still ship. Screenshot enclosed.

She said her name was Valentina and asked if I had any snacks.
