I went to Pleiades sec ab-w b2-4 planet 9A looking for the crashes ship at the coordinates but nothing is there... Not even a canyon...

Check the + and - on the co-ordinates. I've been burned more than once by those pesky signs 
I found it, I was at the wrong planet like a moron... There are a bunch of imperial ships here. When are the Feds coming?

Is that big ship destoryable? If so if we get about 15 guys together...
You can rout it by destroying all the heat sinks (forces it to FSD wake out). But at current you cannot destroy it.
Caution though you will need a good 7 players in normal ships or 4 in high powered engineered ones. Since there's no opposition around you'll be prime target number 1 and probably get turned into space dust within a minute
There is a video of one person in an Anaconda taking it out (FSD wake out) after they destroyed his Asp.

Yep you can die in your SRV without loosing data. It's only if your ship dies that you have an issue. If in open be sure to use the menu to send your ship away and not leave it parked up as a player may see it and decide to destroy it.
Now? I didn't see anyone else besides imperial ships. I'm in an iCourier myself

Private group for players who only PVE, there is no PVP in it.
Search for Mobius in the private group from main menu.
Oh I seen two guys actually did show up, an anaconda/asp
PvP is allowed in conflict zones under certain conditions, i.e. you are on opposing sides.
