I don't think this feature is unappreciated - it's quite the opposite.
The support for it is so overwhelming, the implementation so spot-on (a perfect blend of immersive and QoL mechanic), that no one feels the need to say anything about it.

I'd guess with Sandro's reference to a change of business address, they're no longer "Shady" but they are more formal. Apologies if you're well aware, but Factor has a meaning in this sense of acting on someone else's behalf in commercial dealings: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Factor_(agent)
Are they going to be visible on the system maps like black markets of will we have to hunt them down, It'd be great if they moved about too ...

It's a current term, too. I had a fixer working for me overseas, who was a whizz at expediting any bureaucracy, at the expense of a couple of bottles of Jonny Walker.

I agree "factor" sounds a bit odd. How about "brokers"? I think there was another game with a certain Shadow Broker... And instead of making them available everywhere, how about just in places with Black Markets?
