Well at least it's been confirmed it's being looked into. Honestly it more than likely won't help me at all if they fix it to the levels they were in beta cause it was still pretty poor pickings for smuggling missions. We'll see if I have a career once a fix comes (and if I can get my main account to actually download)
That CG was just plain stupid. While that was up I arrived at Jaques and got 10 Million for data and another 55M for around 20 hours in-game participation in the exploration CG. People complaining about biowaste runs getting the chop just get my sodium levels up from the spill.
I believe most of us have no issue with this. Just waiting on in-bubble missions getting fixed.

Do you mean Sothis/Ceos or all hauling missions going to be somewhat reduced.
I work out of Kamadhenu and I personally feel the rewards were pretty spot on before 2.2.
A simple fix would be to adjust the mission rewards so that they don't go up linearly with distance. Make medium-range missions (100-150LY) be the best cr/hour earners, short range missions lower-priced but much shorter, and long-range missions of the likes of Sothis be good for burst income.
Short range missions were all I was really doing. Before 2.2 they were fair, not paying incredibly well but enough to make a decent living off of without too much trouble. They've gone up and down in pay with every update since 1.3 but more or less were at a decent level all around the bubble until now. Honestly if I had my way. I'd put it back to they mission system of 2.0 and have the payouts from 2.1 within the bubble, nerf Sothis and the like to quiet everyone complaining about it and bring back shadow delivery missions.
Unfortunately, Frontier cannot into balance passes.

Isn't it supposed to be lucrative like Sothis etc the further out into the frontier you get? I thought the "gold rush" part of Elite was supposed to exist - creating long distance jobs that paid very well. The game needs it.

Yep, I see the same thing!. I am allied with factions and the credits offered will not pay. Lots of 5k to 40k credit mission, but this has changed from the 100k missions prior to 2.2. The admins have screwed up again. Just saying! ED will loses players and the cred of the game. I would not recommend this game if this continues. Trading is a joke now and has no value. Guess to game was set up for those with high credits only and will continue to play. ARRRRGGGGG.
In December 2014, we started with only 100CR and in 4 hours, had no where near 59K in assests, (at least I didn't anyway), unless another Cmdr was kind enough to drop you some Gold and/or Palladium. So my point is, hopefully it will not go that far back!
