I dont think that is actually ED, notice that the entire dash/hud does not move (no radar, ship holo doesnt move with pitch, shoes speed is zero). I saw something about this on obsidianant's video, I think it is a space simulator that you can import the ED ship models into. It seemed to just be a giant debug camera flying around planets and stuff but no actual gameplay.
