Hello fellow commander! Before you click off, I would very much appreciate if you stuck around for 2 minutes to watch my video. I spent nearly all day on this, aside from snack breaks so please leave some feedback (even if it's bad!)

Found the problem. The music in the video was automatically claimed by a 'spam' network. AKA blocking it in Germany because of GEMA and stopping me from being able to monetise my work. In short, the video can be classified under 'fair use' (allowing for monetisation and unblocked content) because 1) There are sound effects audible on top of the music, 2) the music's pitch has been altered, resulting in a 'remix' and 3) not all of the song had been played and only served its purpose for the amount of time it was required to be shown (AKA the music video).

So I'm sorry to anyone in Germany who is not able to watch the video, I've filed a dispute and hopefully the issue will be sorted.
