One of the first things I did in 2.2, was opening the crew tab ... and I hired my fighter pilot right away, even if I don't own a fighter for now - because of her looks.

Thing is, you're highly unlikely to get any fighter pilot who looks half as good as Aisling Duval. Being a pampered princess has its benefits to the skin; being a pilot does not.
