Just leave it alone overnight took me about 7 hours to download it - BUT it is worth it !

Give it a bit until Amazon sorted file distribution out. Enabling the alternate download method in the launcher options may also help.

EDIT: well, it didnt.... with less then a minute to go I got multiple "Failed to read from respons stream. Network connection closed."

Your fix does not work, Options menu will nor remain open after clicking on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think everybody here has....
I put up a post yesterday decrying the server got flamed - was told it was my connection - now everyone's getting it THEY are very quite !
(200mb/s fibre connection)
Just leave your rig on - I had to wait 7 hours @ 0.4mb/s then they FIXED the servers and got it in minutes, today its back to square one for alot of people.
2.2 is really better !

Valnik, perhaps it was something with the servers. It seems to work now. although remember to activate Alternative Download Metod, you will need this.

Plain “Alternative Download” does not work here. Have you manually deleted any files?
