2.2 worth checking out?

Hard to say without knowing your reasons for uninstalling it in the 1st place. Some things improved, a lot didn't.

IMHO, the best upgrade to the core game yet!

Fighters are pure FUN! with a capital F. Passengers are good earners, Module Storage is to die for, Improvements to Galaxy map and System map speed is a joy.

Yes there are still issue, but again IMHO, one word answer is YES!!

2.1 didn't have a lot for me to be interested in.

2.2 I'm liking the new features more. Building up a Beluga liner now. The cockpit view is probably the best in the game. Fighters add a new dimension to combat.

There's still the whole mile wide and inch deep thing though.

I'm enjoying it a lot. Ship launch fighters are fun, ship transfer is great, module storage is spot on and new passenger missions give me a reason to go exploring. Also the new planet textures are very good.

New content has renewed my interest, currently enjoying passenger exploration missions, takes you to some cool places like a massive canyon on the surface of a red planet yesterday. Ship launched fighters are awesome too. Great update for sure.

Every single response (Maybe one kinda neutral) given has been positive, so may i enquire what has put you off even trying it out? Not quite sure what you where expecting, but it seems what ever it was did not come with 2.2?

For me the biggest reason in hopping back to elite (couple weeks ago) was the *promise* of more things to find when exploring, especially on planets.

If you still care for an opinion: Best update so far. Makes the game much more complete and fun.

In my opinion, this is what you we're going to say all along, whatever the responses.

To me the responses were more positive than negative.

So your motivation seemed to be an attempt to make some kind of point.Which you have failed to do, spectacularly.
