So i picked this one totem and it appeared in my cargo as stolen.
I had also a lot of other Ancient stuff with me which werent stolen, so it must be that i picked up a totem which some other cmdr had possession of earlier?

Yep, it's been talked about a few times and I think it's found a home over in the rift thread, though keeps coming up now and then here.

It's also the exact same shape of the covers for the relic on top of the beacon. I think they liked the style of it

*Edit* Just remembered what the relic and obelisks remind me of. The tuning crystals on Spire from Myst IV.

I know the first offender has been banned already, along with his entire Friends list that he displayed in his stream. It may seem strange to do that, but with incidents going on semi-regularly, the "watch dogs" of Mobius don't play around with these things. So word of advice; watch the company you keep.

This is definetely interesting. In which type of USS did you find these? And where?
Whether you pick them up or not is your choice, but recording the type of USS and location would be very nice. Also, make sure you're not confusing them with Unknown Artifacts (UA) and Unknown Probes (UP). They are known, but if that's what you are talking about please check the Front Page and double check if you found them in an already known location or somewhere new that needs to be registered. Thank you!

Like someone else mentioned, those are new as of 2.2. They sound almost like static electricity, and appear regardless of anything in your hold. I was surprised as well when I heard it on Thursday

That is very interesting. There wouldn't be any obelikses that are missing a "triangle" by chance? I was only at the site for a few hours, so I didn't look for that, but don't remember seeing it. Someone reported that the Relics stand upright when dropped, so it sounds like they may be meant to be positioned somewhere.

Finally found the system that the crest pointing it. HR 3653 178Ly away. I'm going investigate it but i hope some other cmdrs can help there too.

Good thinking, it hadn't occurred to me that it could be a self contained puzzle. Drop the appropriate relics on the right blocks/obelisks etc and stuff happens... hmm stuff to try

System looks empty to me. Only 1 planet, non-landable HMCW.

I know descriptions are linked on the first page, just mulling things over...

Orb and Tablet.

The description for these two hints at a purpose for both.

The Orb specifically appears to be mechanical. The tablet seems like it might have some sort of writing.

The Relic. A crystal that seems like it might be an energy source of some form.

Casket and "something that some people believe to be an urn". Both are sealed, the description hints that there may be something to discover inside.

The Totem. An Alien figure? Not a humanoid figure, it specifically depicts "some kind" of alien figure?
