No. I Got Gud Enough to make everything except Traders Rest (and it's artwork) disappear on the planet.

The bug report was acknowledged within MINUTES by email from Frontier support of my posting the screenshots. Other players are having issues with planet rendering too, with photos, so the Paladin's can't touch me. :)

So, not only do you want to hide the planets on the System Map, you take away the System Map AND the planets, for more gameplay immersion. You have to Get Gud to be able to see planets, now. :)

I was able to land, and take off normally. Able to work in the Engineers Workshop and Outfitting.

Paladins! Knights! Squires! Save us! We are failing so badly to Get Gud that PLANETS are disappearing! We don't have enough imagination to play this game! We *know* that YOU are Gud Enough! Restore Immersion, Oh Great Ones!

We need spacelegs, and more (stoned/drunk) avatars! We needed Beta Test Version 42! We need 100 credit reward missions! We need Mysterious Things (maybe this is one of them)! :)

Its even his second topic about having found this one bug, the other one he started binge-posting, even claiming that support somehow responded so fast because of his erratic behavior. Now he's back with a new topic, insulting the testers and the devs. I'm not sure if he is trolling, somehow got really offended somewhere and is having a bit of a breakdown or if he really, really, really doesn't get it.

In any case: Yesm, Ralph, you experienced a bug. Well done!

Don't be silly. The planet is still there. He's just painted the entire planet matte black, and rigged up some fairy lights to imitate stars and background nebulae.

Well, with several million tonnes of gold having been donated to him so far, I'm pretty sure he could afford to do that.
