The yarg crust is a pain to make but worth it, Jamie Oliver's fish pie recipe is fantastic and usually just topped with mash, I only do the yarg crust when I'm entertaining.

Marcus Wareing also does a great fish pie (it is in his "How to make the Perfect...." book) - Only has a rich mash topping but great filling - put the Yarg crust on it and will be great!

And therefore....it isn't Fusion, but obviously an "Alliance" fish pie!
