Being willingly provocative may sometimes provoke some kind of reaction from FDevs ...always interesting.
But sshhhh ..don't tell them
But sshhhh ..don't tell them
Well you won't know WHAT it is until you FIND it!
(And perhaps not even then!)
Can't remember the exact phrasing, but I think Drew said we may have seen *aspects* of it but not recognised it. So itmay be spread out over a large area (which was what intrigued me about the missing galactic arm theory)You won't know you've found it until you know what it is :S
We've already been told that we may have seen it and not recognized it.
Nothing pops out to me scanning the skybox and those giants in YE-R E4-0 are 160,000 ls apart.
The anagram has the same feel as the vain queen phrase. Did you try going down other paths picking apart 'the moon card mr gin"? Like iv-3 to get iv-c, there are a lot of them. Or that it breaks down into those two images of the moon card and the mr gin label, holding up both and meditating on them for an answer to appear? I guess you did. It's a very evocative anagram.
Salome's now down in her frozen circle of hell, her dark night of the soul and it seems this thread has gone down with her.
Z, drew pretty much said Erimus was correct
"Erimus' position for the Formidine Rift is broadly correct as per the map on this thread, so you are in the right area.- Drew"
Maybe it's something, most likely not...but I am posting this short video I made for 2 reasons:
1) It gives you a visual representation of the "The vain queen, rides..." sentence. As you can see the Heart and Soul Nebulae lie directly in between the three constellations.
2) I then enable X-Ray view and something comes up right next to the Heart Nebula (or above, for the viewer), which is not visible with a naked eye.
What is it? It seems to be to the right of the Heart Nebula, closer to the Formidine Rift, right? I know it's most likely not related to the game but what is it?

My money is on Cassiopeia A. It's supposed to be in that vicinity of the skybox anyway.
Cas A is the one thing that has stood out over the course of nearly a year. Even if Cas A has nothing to do with the Rift I think it is worth looking for.
