Horizons [Passenger query] Cannot accept reroute offer

"Incoming mission critical message" - 7 business people want to divert, for a nice bonus, but the "accept" tick block is not selectable - only the "decline" and "back" boxes are selectable.

I can't see what the problem is. I'm happy to reroute, I have cargo spece for their prezzies, it's well within range, there's a 21:18 time on it, and I'm not Wanted anywhere. What am I missing?

Okay - I went to the next place on my list of drop-offs and had another look at the offer window, and now the "accept" box was selectable. Weird.

This happened yesterday too, but on that occasion I just declined the offer and dropped the bloke off as originally booked.
