I have found a great system on the edge of the bubble that is not claimed by any power. High tech with pristine metallic rings and high metal content planets. She's just beautiful. How can I reach enough players to deliver media materials to this system to get it nominated for expansion?

If you have a prospective target, mention it on the Slack and it can be debated as a target. Bear in mind that the attributes you mention, while desirable in a star system from a trading/mining point of view, do nothing to make it a good Power Play target. That will depend on things like the CC gained from its potential sphere, what sort of loss it would make if undermined, and how easy it would be to fortify each week.
Im not pledge to Aisling but I think shes cool. My idea of exploration is to look at places that other players find interesting and I also like to stay close to the bubble. Wha'ts the name of the system? I'd like to take a look.

I can't recall the name of it at the moment, but I want to say Gardner Port is the main star port there and is controlled by a federation faction.
