Those Federal ships look extremely good in black.
Actually, they should come like that, straight from the shop.

I'll be honest, I kind of hate the whole microtransaction thing. Even for just cosmetics, it irritates me that they charge for stuff in addition to the base game AND a lot of planned expansions. But... god DAMN that Imperial Courier paintjob is wicked. Gonna break my no microtransaction rule just this once cause I cannot resist that thing.
I like the Black Friday paint jobs, but they look exactly the same as the Black Friday paint jobs I got as a freebie promo a while back... And I have those for all the ships...

Same here. They aren't my favorite, but I like them more than some of the base paint jobs.

We don't have a monthly subscription cost. And the paint jobs are a preferred way to pay for server upkeep and development.
Well, I already got carried away and spend about $50 on skins today, but it looks like I'm off to buy another
Those of us with the Lifetime pass or who bought Horizons early last year got all the Black Friday skins for free this time last year, so if you did you already have them all. It turned out to be a nice saving.
