Where to buy Imperial Courier?

Hey guys

i just finished a couple of weeks in Empire space ranking up to Master (I'm a casual player)and would like to buy an Imperial Courier to do passenger missions. Is there a good Empire system to buy and outfit one? I'm thinking like Diaguandri for good prices on Alliance ships and outfittings where you get a discount, is there an Empire system like that the sells the Courier?

Also anyone have a recommendation for a good setup? I'm thinking passenger missions and some light bounty hunting when I have the urge to shoot something!

Also with passenger missions the payout seems really good compared to regular missions, is that because they are harder or do they just take longer?

for outfitting: go to farseer, martuk or palin and BUY enhanced performance thrusters for your courier in outfitting there. engineer them later or not. after that keep your total mass inclueding fuel below 80T, and enjoy.

Make it as light weight as possible. A2 shields, d or e boosters, performance thrusters, light weights alloys, a single size 1 hull reinforcement so it has a cardboard hull instead of a paper hull, two pulse, one rail, or one beam and the rest missiles or canons..... I personally like the dumfires but get seekers if you don't like having to aim.

For engineering, light weight for everything and low emission power plant and clean drives (it runs hot). Mine has 635 boost and I can take on NPC condas.

Thanks for advice, will try out the next time I'm on. Maybe there aren't "Alliance" ships, per se, I just meant a place to get Empire ships at a discount, I know there are systems like that out there, or at least there were a year ago....
