Horizons Fuel Rats? How AWESOME!

So I haven't played since Beta, but I came back and have been playing about a week. Anyway, I wasn't paying attention and fell into a system with a star I couldn't scoop from and a landing pad too small... I was totally stuck and out of fuel. I looked up online what to do and found the Fuel Rats on Reddit. They came and picked me up within 10 minutes and I was on my way.

Extremely helpful, gave me lots of useful info too. Best costumer service I've ever had in my life and these guys are just providing a simple service in a game.

Pretty awesome.

Thought I'd give them a shameless promotion for their efforts and help.

The Fuel Rats are some of the best CMNDR's in ED. When they saved me from a similar bind, it was one of the best experiences I have had while playing the game. Realistic like no other!

I'm kinda upset I haven't needed to call them yet...

I even left my computer on over night while in SC. By the time it shut down, I still had enough fuel to jump to a scoopable star!

Of course, my paintjob and integrity were 0%.

Oh how I wish that we get modules so that we repair broken modules on other ships, including windows. That would give Fuel rats more tools on their belt to be awesome.

I think this is a very cool example of what cooperation can be in this game.
I hope FD will add more mechanisms and tools to assist players as well as npc in the future.
