Need help finding a system like this

I'm looking for a system with these features.
Power: Zachary Hudson
Government: Any
Economy: High-tech, if possible
High population
Must contain a landfall planet with a station offering repairs, refuels, and restocks.
The planet must also have a ring with a high and (if possible) hazardous RES.

The galmap doesn't have filters for specific types of planets.

Indeed not. Start by filtering for all those things that you do want, then search through the systems that are left for a planet that suits.

EDDB doesn't have any results for landfall planets with rings. I've seen a few, so they exist.
