You could be right. I was watching this now ultra slow in HD. There is a frame missing in the the video (animation) where black dot jumps into the center of the "sign". Nice catch. For now, I will still stick to bioship (flower) -> barnacle (seed) -> bioship conspiracy.

I've been interdicted 3 times, 2 without the UA, what if they are tracking the corrosion and not the UA itself, i had no luck being interdicted again after repairing my ship

Speculation: Maybe we'll need one of those fancy new MetaDrives (when/if they become available) to 'follow' the craft into 'witchspace'.

Ok i managed to get interdicted. I boosted as soon as i could and got extremely close to its wake as it jumped (directly behind it).... but the closer i got the slower my ship seemed.. like resistance pushing back.

I need to double check.

I know people have tried scanning the ship, but has anyone cycled through targetting subsystems to see the hitboxes to tell where those subsystems are located?

I know the subsystem panel has been accessed and observed. Nothing special has shown there: an assortment of drives, one pulse laser, and, IIRC, other un-exciting modules. I don't know if anyone has tried targeting any one of the specifically to observe a potential hit box.

That is a good thought.

For instance this still makes it look like a few repeating II lines of different heights. Thoughts? Ideas?

Did'nt someone decode the sounds coming from the Alien Ruin Obelisks and in the spectrogram there where a bunch of vertical lines (pillars) in a sequence?

I was told to upload this graphic on here. Take it or leave it. My thoughts are that the UP, the UA, and these ships are connected. I think a type of UA or UP is operating the ship in a drone capacity. I think if you have a UA your chances of getting "Hyperdicted" are greater. I believe the full intention was to send out the UA's to scan ships, then have these ships come and retrieve the data that these UA's have gathered. Here is a pic that I think helps bring viscosity to the theory.
