Powerplay Faction: Zachary Hudson [LFG] Nanomam under blockade

Greetings all,

I'm a relatively new pilot and have pledged my loyalties to Zachary Hudson. Yesterday, I was attacked numerous times in the home system of Nanomam resulting in a loss of over 16 million credits. I was also given the ultimatum of dropping my allegiance or be forever hunted. I'm NOT and WILL NOT complaine about PVP. I always play openly for the social aspect. I have played games such as, Dark Orbit, BSG, Pirate Galaxy, and STO just to name few. All of which are open PVP or semi-open PVP.

With that said I declare: I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED INTO DROPPING MY ALLEGIANCE TO MY CHOSEN FACTION!!!:mad::mad::mad:

My philosophy is that the hunted will eventually become the hunter if hunted can survive long enough. With the acknowledgment of the fact that there is strength in numbers, I'm looking for a group that I can work with to increase my survivability and help teach me what I do not know about the game. In return I offer comradeship and whatever I am capable of offering the group to move the group forward. As the group advances, so will I. And eventually I will become the hunter:cool:.

Don't know how opposing powers can be allowed in the home system ... major security loophole imo. At the very least they should be getting constantly interdicted by the local system force.

I live there. I'm not pledged to anyone because PP has been 'disappointing' in the past.

I agree, enemy pledged ships should be shot on sight in a 'Home' system like Nanomam, but today's patch just makes it more likely that they'll be able to fly around there without consequences, so not all progress, is it?

I don't understand some of these changes to be honest - they just make things worse for the guys who want to fight a war in Open and actually try to hold some territory.

The idea that you can be scanned, recognised as an enemy aligned combatant and NOT shot because you don't seem to be up to anything at the moment is Silly™. :D

Trust me I am getting almost constantly interdicted there. It isn't broke at all lol

Before I comment, I'd like to thank everyone for their participation by replying to this post. I appreciate it.

Now, I would not and will not begin to speak against the developers of this game. I'm always impressed with those that are smart enough and skilled enough to create such a marvelous piece of work. As far as I'm concerned, if I were smart enough to accomplish such a feat, the tables would be turned and everyone would be critiquing my game and my ability.

In my original post, I said that there is strength in numbers. To me it's a simple matter of banning together and putting a stop to the invasion. It's just as easy to fire lasers, missiles, rail guns and even granny's kitchen sink at a player as it is an NPC. Beyond being a space simulation. this is a war scenario. Hence the reason for factions. I can't be upset at a rival faction whether it be player or NPC for doing what rival factions do. (Try to destroy my faction and me along with it) So the answer is to band together and protect our homespace.

I will say that it would be nice to have global communication within each faction in order to sound the alarm to rally the troops to come defend. Again strength in numbers.
Remember: the all-powerful Death Star fell to a handful of X-wing and Y-wing fighters. Oh and one Smokin' Hot Princes (R.I.P Carrie and thank you)

Winters HQ has UA problems as well. I don't even see why people bother, the PP contacts menu isn't going away from UA bombing. And of course Nanomam's main station Gresley Dock cannot be UA bombed. It's quite ironic how many people are obviously still willing to haul loads of dangerous alien devices into the heart of human civilization with what's going on and all the "Don't engage" appeals from various groups.
