Hey, has anyone been to a station that sells the Taipan? If so, where please. All I'm seeing is the Condor.

Ray Gateway, Diaguandri system sells Taipans, 15% discount because it's a Li Yong Rui system, as well. It's where I got mine from, haven't been anywhere else really to notice, so far.

Just came from Ray Gateway, they don't have them there any longer. Just wanted to update.
Any independent or alliance system that's high tech should stock them.

AFAIK :
Any Independent or Alliance Station can sell the Taipan - won't sell the F63/Imp. Fighter.
Any Federation Station can sell the F63 - won't sell the Taipan/Imp. Figther.
Any Empire Station can sell the Imp. Fighter - won't sell the F63/Taipan.
Caviat : some Stations have a limited selection, some may not even offer a Fighter Bay.
If a Fighter bay is already fitted, however, you'll be able to purchase some Fighters for that Bay it seems.
So to ensure the Equipment is there, try to aim for a large Population Industrial or better High-Tech System.
I've got several Fighter Bays in Storage, storing them will store any equipped Fighter types as well.
It's basically the only way to have permanent access to all different Fighters at a single place.
(caviat here : the Equipment storage doesn't yield any details on contained Fighters when storing Fighter bays... so getting the right one of a list of several is a bit Trial & Error)

Try George Lucas in Leesti. It's high tech, Alliance, and sells fighter bays.

Yeah, I noticed this today actually... Only Condors. No idea why.
Still helpful for me and others looking up where to get a Taipan!
However.... I wanted the Gelid F (Fixed beam) version which Leesti doesn't sell - if anyone knows where I can buy Gelid F variant, please tell where it is - I got the plasma one for now, but it's not the one I came for!

They're fun ships too. I love how the wings tuck in to fit the bay.

Bounds hub in Alrai has them. Its a high tech system too, no discount though but at 15000cr its no drama.
Tried that - all the stations I got in the results sold variants of the Taipan, but not the one I was after - will be trying Nganji when I get home though! Thanks to all who replied me!

Just about any high tech system that is either independent or alliance alignment should have Taipans use the map filters to find the nearest one. Save yourself the trouble though and go buy an imperial fighter, they're better xD
