Hardware & Technical CH Pro Throttle and T16000m bindings anyone?

After nearly 2 years of flying with a T-Flight HOTAS-X (which still works faultlessly, maybe the best £30 I ever spent) - I have been doing some flight sim and found I wasn't enjoying that controller setup for stick aircraft so I have decided to experiment:

I have a CH Pro Throttle and T-16000m joystick to try out and would be interested to see if anyone has good Elite bindings for this setup post Horizons. Could you share them here, maybe as jpgs from the excellent site http://www.mcdee.net/elite/ if possible? - Thanks very much.

I guess I could map more functions on there, but meh, wontfix worksforme. In addition to the shown functions, the 4-way on the throttle wit FA/DA has TrackIR pause and centre mapped to left and right.

Thanks for that. That should make a very good starting point.

(I'd have liked to have used a CH joystick but I have got so used to the twist for yaw and I don't use my pedals very muchj in FS / P3D / Xplane, just never got used to them.)

Thanks again.

I have this set up and I will give you one awesome tip. You won't know what to use the little throttle on the T-1600m for (since you have the CH throttle). I use it as the "sensor range axis". It's very handy.

Thanks to both of you (reps awarded), very helpful.

Unfortunately I am having trouble enjoying this setup, some of the bindings just won't stick for some reason and the tension, coupled with the large throw on the joystick, is not as appealing as the much cheaper HOTAS-X was and fire button 2 is in a very annoying position. Presumably there is some mod that I can do to change the tension but until I decide to keep these then that will have to wait, just like the infuriatingly distracting LED in the joystick movement (I so want to cut that out!).

A friend has just dropped off his Warthog HOTAS for me to try out so I will have a play with that as well over the next few days. I don't know whether installing the TARGET software is necessary to try it out or if that would interfere with owt else though. I have used that setup on his flight sim and I was not over-keen on it but it would be churlish to not give it a proper try out. Just means I will have to use my CH PRO Pedals for yaw. :(

Thanks again.
