Yes I did. It did not do anything. The only relic I did not get to test was a Soontil relic.

Is this what people have experienced on other planets prior to the ruins showing up? Because I've heard ambient noise on planets, in the last day or two, but nothing like that.

On the sounds front I'd found what sounds like voices hidden in the sounds from the ruin, and other cmdrs had said they'd also found some, but that was just before the Ram Tah mission kicked off, and it's been all hands on deck towards that since! :) Not got time to fish out the post at the moment, but it's in my list of posts somewhere, with the extracted voices, about 12 minutes audio from the site and instructions of where to find the voices and how to extract them from the original audio.

Thanks, its good to be back! That sounds interesting - same sounds as BL1P's vid? Also, is that what the spectrogram you pointed out comes from, the sounds recorded in BL1P's vid?

I Tested the soontill it did nothing.
Also tested :-

Hi folks,

A quick question if I may - I've tried search to see if it's been mentioned however didn't get any results - How long as Stella Cartography been suffering from "Alien Interference" in Maia or Merope (can't recall where a friend said he was) ?

I quickly ran this through spectrum analysis, nothing special popped out at me apart from this image below in the 1khz to 22khz range, but I don't think it means anything. I could be wrong though, take a look:

<sighs> Look, first of all don't tell me what I'm thinking. I know exactly what I'm talking about. Don't try to say I'm thinking something different just to suit yourself.

The source makes no difference to the light travels. That is basic basic level stuff. Please consider what the implications of what you're saying are, because I understand them, and that's why I'm saying that what you're saying is wrong. Well that plus the basics.

I'm not commenting on anything else here just the speed of light changing depending on the source.

Well its gone 19:00, is there anyone at the ruins that can confirm that there is some sort of alignment going on right now which will "POINT" the way to the next ruin?

wasn't someone saying this a few days ago?

something to do with the end of the 6.9 days orbital cycle of the planet.....?

Yep, that's what I hear as well, it gets kinda creepy when you're there in solo and the lights are turned out ........

But what I wonder is, the planet is in vacuum so that isn't actually "sound" if you want to think of it from a, well, scientific point of view. So it would be an electromagnetic source being fed through the hull?

If you stretch the sound and the pitch of the ruins uploaded by BL1P (Good work! hope you do not mind sharing) you will hear some strange things.
For instance a tiger, a violin and perhaps some mumbling.
I am familiar with pareidolia, and ockhams razor. Perhaps one listens to the source material the engineer used to create these stellar noises.
Bu perhaps it poinst out to some further investigation.

Quantum entanglement cannot be used for transmitting (useful) information with faster-than-light speed.
