Tricksy. I've only flown four so far - Sidey, Cobra MkIII, Viper MkIII and Asp X.

Of those, I've had the most all-round fun in the Cobra, but I've logged waaaaaay more hours in my Asp X.

I voted for the Cobra since it's hugely fun to fly. If it had a longer jump range I'd probably be exploring in it.

Depends on what I want to do.

Cutter for bulk trading.
Python for missions.
Corvette for combat (and sometimes outfitted for mining.)
Asp for exploration.
Vulture as stress relief.
Hauler as a taxi.

Might rebuy an anaconda as was a good big multirole mission ship and I sort of miss it.

But if had to choose one I'd probably go for the Python.

Sidewinder, because I hated the idea of the game starting in one when the KS was announced, but it is by far the most fun ship to fly as stock.

1st: Imperial Courier - Just a fantastic looking ship, and amazing to fly.
2nd: Diamondback Explorer - Much prefer this over the AspX.
3rd: Vulture.

Kinda pleased to see the Python proving so popular, as that's probably my next purchase (assuming I ever decide to go back to the bubble. Which isn't a given)

votes AspX as its just sooo versatile and provides best cockpit view (which I find very important).

Though, have love for my Cobra MkIII which I really enjoy flying and taking 1st class passenger missions to interesting places, and salvage runs.

Someone recently tried to tell me that the Python wasn't preferred by an overwhelming majority of players, and dared me to make a poll to prove my case.

I have my dignity, and I wasn't so bored as to make a 30 option poll, and I've been around long enough to know that one of these pops up at least once a month so all I had to do was wait.

To the doubter: ENJOY.

To everyone else: Make no mistake, this is one of the extremely few polls that is actually indicative of a problem. The Python is the deathstroke to anything that FDev tries to do to fix ship balance. Until you ninnies stop coddling that ship, everything will remain broken.

It is the best multirole ship in the game. It is also very pretty.
