I can only hope that among all the new features they find the time to address randomly not being able to use chat with other players showing up on your friends list as being online. I can live with instancing issues as they can tend to eventually be fixed but not being able to communicate is unacceptable.

How does one gain access to Beta? I was a GPP tester on Xbox, but have moved to PC a year ago.

I think it means meeting new people in Open.
