Incidentally (and this is NOT a caption) ... as of the last time I logged out, my SRV was still very firmly wedged in that position and showing no signs of wanting to move. Next time I log in I may need some assistance. I hope someone's brought a bow saw.
You can get yourself unstuck from any compromising SRV position by logging in without Horizons, resetting to orbit, logging out and logging back in with Horizons.
Much like the old "stuck inside a planet" issue.
