The original (and highly popular) "Lonely Explorers friends list" thread has now reached 57 pages.

I'm sure some of these names might be out-of-date, and it's cumbersome to trawl through the list, so I've taken the step of putting everyone's name on a Google Sheets document.

This should be easier to maintain (i.e. people can add / remove / edit entries as they see fit) and *much* simpler to browse.

I've done my best to include everyone from the original list, but (obviously) feel free to (re)add your name.

The original thread creator hasn't been active for nearly a year, and I can't get the OP changed so I've had to make this "Ver 2.0" thread.

Hope to see you (or your green marker !!) out in the black.

Apologies for the inability to add names at the top of the list.

I've now battled Google Sheets and (hopefully) fixed the header to the top of the page.

I've also now sorted the initial list by "join date" then "CMDR name", so people can now just add their names to the end of the list.

I've re-sorted the list most recent additions first, so you can just add yourself to the top of the list (rather than the bottom).

My commander name is Tiago Paolini , timezone is GMT-2, and platform is PC.

I tried to add myself to the list, but I could not. I inserted a line above the top most name, but I was unable to edit it. It said that the cell was protected. Anyways, you can add me to the list :)

Same here, tried adding but I suspect it's set up to require a google login at the moment, you can make it editable without google login like the geyser and fumarole spreadsheet. I am currently 11 jumps from Sacaqawea Space port doing a slow run to the bubble to upgrade and my cobra and buy a keelback for a big expedition. A friend has just had a part of the galaxy named after him, (real, not in game). He put a fair amount in backing the Mopra radio telescope survey of the galaxy and got naming rights on a molecular cloud 15+ kiloparsecs from Sol that he has called "Dan Dare's Dream."

Not putting the coordinates here because I don't want anyone racing out ahead of me, when I start I will post a thread on my trip there.

Oh yes, Varonica is my commanders name.

I was missed from the original thread, just typed some details in at the end and it seemed to work unless nobody but me can see Cruento Mucrone on line 287... I did not log into google at any point,

I just added myself. Good idea.

I am a newbie, but I already like exploring in Elite. I am working on earning enough to buy a Diamondback Explorer and properly pimp it up for exploration.

I am currently loitering around Cheneti system (my starting location) somewhere on the outskirts of the galaxy in my loaned Imperial Eagle, learning the basics of the game.

Replaced my old name listed to my current. Decided to dedicate all my travels to my daughter (3 1/2 yrs old and my XO).

Currently in bubble doing bubble things whilst planning my next run out into the black :)

Hey All, just added myself to the list.

I have done a couple of several thousand light year trips, but this morning, immediately after my 12 hour night shift ends, I am settling off down the Colonia trail and then who knows where? I have a fridge full of beer and a bucket load of cheesy comestibles which I'll be happy to share with any CMDRs along the way:)

Look out for the ice white DBX...
