Current Railgun meta?

I'm going back to basics on my FDL and trying rails again. Obviously I want to engineer them for that reverberating cascade thingy but this is a special... I'm looking at the menu for mods and don't really want any of them. There seems to be too much compromise on them.

What to go for?

Presently I'm thinking High Cap magazine at #4.

Sturdy mount lowers heat and increases penetration. That's the one for me.

This mod really needs to be renamed. At first glance you always assume it's just for durability.
