I wouldn't put much effort in looking for a temperature coincidence. For example we humans learned to adapt from temperatures as high as 50º C to as low as -70ºC since... a long time ago. If you are capable of travelling between stars I don't think temperature is a problem unless they are very extreme.
Of course they could be a race very sensitive to temperature changes, but nothing hints at it.
Just an observation, it seems that the structure moves and some parts are underground.
For example, the pieces that form the walls, you can see some of them inside the area, but only the tops, while the ground seem to be diferent around them, so it implies that those wall pieces can be risen or lowered

TTrue, but if we as humans were picking a planet we'd probably have tempoerature as a top criteria so we didn't have to adapt. No need to if you've got so many to choose from.

If you are attempting to decode these triangles with a numerical order.
I want to share an observation that im not sure people have noticed.
The Top left trapezoid of triangles is only 3 rows deep compared to the other 5 being 4 rows. This is ubiquitous across all Monoliths with displays.

Has anyone else relised how stupid the Guardians are/were? I mean what Muppet would put a Comms replay/node on a planet/moon and not in open space?
1) You can't move it if something very big heads your way
2) A Regulare hot/cold cycle = fatigue
3) It's always moving (true in open space it would still move around the center of the Milky Way.

I have been grasping for some sense of direction. Visiting the new alien trees was an interesting experience.
I had to wonder whether these trees were previously unknown outside these systems. If so, then I wonder whether they are a side-interest and unrelated to the search. Or whether they are indeed related.
Plenty of time flying along scanning the ground, thinking of what happened down on the surface with the Guardians. How they landed in their craft. One of the Obelisk scans reported that they used the slingshots to launch of course, with a gel to cushion the shocks. How might this have worked on landing? We are searching airless worlds, so they had no parachutes, and based on the Obelisk data, they likely had no retro rockets.
Perhaps an impact landing site? Would the impact vessel have bounced to a stop? Should we expect to find it's wreckage where the Guardians left it? Or would they have repurposed it's structure after landing?

Then write it here so we can test your theory. Peer review is the cornerstone of good science.
While were talking about experiments: Have anyone tried forming a wing and having one person activating a relic while the rest of the wing are at the corresponding system(according to the ruins overlay map)?
I know there is a wast number of variations to this experiment but I keep thinking there must be a way to use the existing interactions in the game to solve this.
Yes! I know the layout because Ive done something related long long time ago. How can they expect from us to know that some relics should not be touched before others, that there is reason why they are there?
Except that Ram Tah message about 2 possible networks.
I think it's more the idea that having them be exactly 300 might be because they're not procgen planets and are a sign of being touched by devs and maybe having the ruins. Worth a try since an exhaustive search will need to check them anyway.

If you don't post it for other people to check, how do you know it is right?
Another potential option could be that each of the hexagonal patterns represents a complex number, with the triangle direction showing if the 'bit' counts towards the real or imaginary component. And as complex numbers can be drawn on a 2D plane, it could be how Ram Tah got image data decoded. But sadly this can't be tested until we find out how to decode each half of the hexagons.

For anyone interested, it seems there's still assassination missions banging around which lead you to the target who's part of a culty group worshipping an unknown artefact.
In the past it's been religious assasinations that used to spawn this... this one was apparently a political target though.
UA melting a hole through my combat vessel at the moment while I find somewhere to dump it... was repping with Wreaken Construction and they dont have black markets. Maybe I'll get hyperdicted
