I did explain it once already a long time ago - but nobody cared or remembered.

EDIT: People suggested at the time, though not in the picture because it was a thread discussion, should they also search 32x32 and 64x64 and I said yes that is also possible so check them if you want.

I used a compass and used measurements to come up with those numbers - the picture I have been spamming is just the simple version because people have NO attention spans, they just want something to test.

Why don't you read the text on the left-hand side?

I did say, in my image "allow for margin of error" and "check within a degree or two in both latitude/longitude" - and, oh look, new ruins miraculously found at -29 -30.

Predictions on your diagram:
1) F class stars (new one is L).
2) New scans for a total of 3 sites (no new scans so far).

Still numerology, not science, as far as I can tell. The starting point of 'it looks like a 20th century Earth key, and so...' isn't strong for space aliens either, unless we are the guardians - so Ridley Scott called it right

thats not how tidal locking works. (it wont always be night at any point on any planet or moon)

take the earth and moon for example.. the moon takes a 27 days to rotate on its axis it also takes 27 days to orbit the earth (hence the same side is always visible to us.)

the moon is still rotating on its axis so the sun does still rise and set and light the entire surface of the moon eventually (it just means that its day is 27 earth days long).

think of it this way, how do you think the "dark side of the moon" looks during a solar eclipse?

the only issue with that, is that this planetoids parent body is the star. so (if it is tidally locked, I didn't look) it is tidally locked to its star. if it were like in Synuefe where its parent body was another planet then yes that would apply.

Lots of people upset about the sites showing similar data, is it possible that Rah Tah has more than one algorith and has distributed different algorithms to different Cmdrs.

Neccesitating a co-operative effort among commanders.
Would explain why only certain data packets are being unlocked by certain commanders. I say ten of us go to alpha site and keep unlocking with ten more every little while. All remaining in the same instance Im Xbox so won't be able to play with the big brain boys

You lot all need to calm down and take this else where, Doesnt matter if garb or etc contributed nothing doesnt matter.
The only thing i can ask is where you got the measurements from and why you use 32x as a example when thats pretty far away from the original ruins,because even with a degree of error in Cords 29 is Extremly far from 32 ingame

I accept the text is now wrong in the bottom-right hand corner - but no one knew anything else until today - now we know the ruins can be found at L-class stars (although the primary star is M-class, correct?) and on high-metal planets, and they can be tidally-locked - however, the planet has no Volcanism.

Anyway, now it is disproved with a ctrl+c and ctrl+p, we can move on to something else to hypothesize about - but I am still holding on to my numbers and measurements, despite people shouting it down - because, the way I see it, I have been the closest to searching for the ruins with my hypothesis above many others that think it is "crack pot" in a board room.

Does it look to anyone else like the moon may rise over the new ruins just like it does over the first set?

Adding distraction that drags other players into checking out false leads and made up ghosts isn't helpful either. It just wears people out. If you can't clearly explain the theory it's not really a theory and should be developed before announcing it like it's what everyone should be doing now.

Hopefully the moon does rise as it can "kinda" allow people to Check the other systems planets with moons, Sadly its likely that not all ruins with be in a moons path but at lest its something to look at

Since there seems to be about 20 commanders at the New Ruin all Complaining about it.
Is there any chance 1 of you could shoot the Relic and tell me if it has the Same Image as the Original Relics at the First site please.
1 hour after I asked and still no-one has done it for me yet.

I am currently at the other Synueffe system and don't want to leave my current Planet Coords if someone is already there (or 20 someones)

Question, After haveing a quick look at your picture, how did you get the measurements for the ruins tho? and how do they turn into cords?
