All settlements found so far were between 50 and -34 latitude, so do not waste your time on checking south and north pole, we will do it last.
Another good idea, go to already discovered base on PRU AESCS HW-S B31-2 and check from how far you can see it and adjust your display settings.

I have just found some "Ancient Artifacts" around 300ly from the human bubble in a Degraded Emission USS. Is it worth bringing them over? or are these things just RNG.

Hey guys thought id point something out about information on the gates

I also found this "graphic" on the floor in the docking bays...If you go into to debug camera you can see it.
Im at carey terminal for example where i can see it.

Sorry should of picked my words better, i have just edited my post... They aren't actual UA' just "ancient artifacts" in a canister prized by collectors etc etc.

Also.. check GALNET, should be top article!

I have been working on the assumption that the gates are merely to indicate where ships should land and resupply (hence the tyre tracks to and from the gate). Has anyone tried landing a ship right next to one? I wonder if we need to request docking permission! ;-)

I tried, the exact same way you have linked it... nothing! Don't know what's going on to be honest, i cant even upload screenshots without it saying invalid format (even though it isn't) Tried uploading a screenshot of the Cobra i seen on GL-Y E2 6.... in URL tags from Imgur.. nothing! i give up lol

Yeh im guessing the same...Below is what the terminal bay looks like looking at a ship..you can see the same marking right in the middle on the floor.

First stop: Zearla. Nothing on the news boards. The place is full of POIs, but they're mostly generic BGS spam — the system seems to be having a hell of a time of it lately, with simultaneous famine and outbreak as well as inter-factional conflicts. So there's debris fields, convoy beacons full of refugees, etc, but none of it relevant.

There are however a bunch of tourist beacons about Wreaken Corporation, confirming that Wreaken and WCM are the same corporate entity, as suspected, and that they're in bed with Sirius. More mentions of Tantalum and of the permit-locked Tiliala:

Employing over a quarter of a million full time staff and owning sole mineral rights to some forty nine planets, the Wreaken Corporation can be found throughout most of the frontier and Federation Worlds.

Tobias Wreaken was a coal miner from old Earth. His company adopted a cautious and steady approach to its work and this won them a large number of contracts in the early space industry. Wreaken's descendants saw massive opportunities in the Colonial Charter policy of the Federation and few Colonial missions set off without a Wreaken representative and Wreaken equipment.

Wreaken Business (#0218)

Wreaken facilities exist on many worlds, but their contracts are primarily with the Federation, Independent and Alliance affiliated systems. Mining stations extract natural resources and transport them to vast industrial refineries, or with the larger deposits, refine them on site. The company is aggressive in its acquisitions as it strives to maintain its position in the face of direct competition from Mastopolos Mining Incorporated.

The recent discoveries of Tantalum in several systems, including Tiliala during the last century have led to several new contracts for Wreaken. Massive mining operations have been organised in the system during the last decade as jurisdictional wrangling between the Federation and Empire continues. The Corporation holds contracts with both sides in the system and can mine the ore without prejudice. Who the ore is supplied to afterwards, remains a problem.

Wreaken Defence Force (#0219)

WCM is a major customer of Sirius Mining, making exclusive use of their equipment, under a long term mutually beneficial deal.

Wreaken operate their own fleet of Federal Cutters and smaller ships to provide protection to their many installations, but in extreme cases can call for backup from the Sirius Navy under its commercial relationship — so its not unheard of for a Sirius battlefleet to back up a Wreaken defence force. Wreaken pays for this service, but it has decided due to the distributed nature of their operations, it is not cost effective to operate its own cruisers.

Many of the ores WCM mines are refined on site, so sale of refined alloys is a big part of their business.
(Some googling suggests "Federal Cutter" may have been a earlier pre-release name for the Federal Corvette)

Any reason to continue submitting data to CoR with the CG long gone? On my way back to the bubble to resupply and was wondering if i should make the extra effort or just unload at the very first station enroute.

Took a quick look around Charon.. as suggested by AvvieXB1, did not find anything.

Everything with Persephone in the name... nothing!

Quick look around Alioth for this guy's crashed ship, before i decided "Nope.. there is about seven land able bodies here", i feel the rift is more priority at this time.

Had a brief look at the Galnet and other various news in Tionisla.. same old stuff that has already been posted or is 'old'.

Reorte & Riedquat seem to be normal..

Heading back the Rift now... with a nice UA and UP in the back... they are my little friends for the trip. Via the California Nebula... random but never been there before. Will let you know whether i get Hyperdicted along the way or around the rift.
