Just to satisfy curiosity, I'm not an astronomer and I suck at maths, but I was wondering since the ruins are not exactly on the pole, how could I be looking at the same piece of sky for so long, then noted the planet has a 42 degree tilt, is this the axis the planet rotating about?

7d may not be tidally locked to it's moon, but it's moon (7e) is tidally locked to the planet: https://eddb.io/body/2156009

DOH, just thought about it after reading my own post, got it now.
They don't but sometimes the RNG means there is a POI nearby.
At Site 3 - Area E, E7 lights in Solo.
Site 3 - Do we know the beacon locations? Can't seem to find any currently.

i am there not for poesy but all other sites are orbiting a red dwarf and 14b is tidally locked to it...

If we had the orrery view this would be a non issue. They need to add time dilation to the orrery view so you can view a speed up or slow down the system map for testing purposes. All of the data is there so there is no reason why they couldnt.
I was thinking that too. The 3rd ruins are a little un-nerving too.
I think I can confirm your findings at Site 3 - Area C although I'm having the message delay where they come on the next scan.
C4 - Totem + Urn for Culture 4
C7 - Totem + Casket for Culture 3
I gave up with the data messages when i had one come in 4 scans later
I just check if I get the noise then se if i got a mil or not.
Using the noise with no mill to determine the primary artifact normally.
