Mission redirects are annoying

Please raise the redirect Payout so it forces the player to choice. continue or make more money. Not the lame 45k

It doesnt matter anymore if they're optional in 2.3 after the smuggling and long range cargo missions nerf.

i hope that soon you also look at the 'new adjusted mission timeframes' with a 'time to complete = 0' - i'm still getting many of those

HALLELUJAH. Those redirects never made sense in that you lose rep for abandoning the mission if they redirect. Finally this ridiculousness isn't in the game anymore.

What I hope they do is If the Mission like 1 Million Credits and redirect is 200k more. If you choice not to. It -200k So the player lose credits if they don't do the redirect. In this case you only make 800k

I have had redirects that took me 2 jumps from my original destination which was only 1 jump from where I picked up the mission. The redirect came in as I was almost ready to drop out of cruise at the station in the original target system after travellingin cruise for 15 minutes to get there. The redirect offered a mere 30% extra on top of the original mission reward. In effect, I did 3 jumps for the price of 2, not exactly my idea of a reward for being inconvenienced like that and the extra cash offered barely paid for the extra fuel I used.

If I was not grinding for rep, I would have dumped the mission.

Thanks for making this change as I was looking to suggest this. It is very frustrating when it is dictated to you that you have to travel 80ly for a measly bonus!

Sorry, but no. We had a contract. I am honoring my end of the original contract, they need to honor theirs.
