Assuming FD plans to release today *already has* then and assuming your talking UK time to PST so its 4:08 in the UK and 8:08 AM PST-USA so.... maybe 5? I don't know, I am so hyped about this I set my alarm for each hour of the day, first 1, which was 9 AM for UK then 2... and so on! Just to see when it will be out/already is I do not think FD wants to delay 2.3, they cannot... having buts is apart of BETA.. thats why we bought it.. ahahah they could just release today and work on it over the weeks. I really.. really. REALLY. hope FD releases today.. about 8:30/9 AM I guess PST....
