Voice attack issue.

I had it working great before I got my new computer, now the software isn't listening to me at all.

There must be a simple thing that I'm not seeing. Anyone know?

Everything is recognizing my voice... all the keys are correct... this is frustrating!

yeah.. the voice attack is recognizing my commands... it's just not doing anything when I say them. I have it on 'active window' just like I did before. I even switched it over to 'client' to see if that would do it. Nothing.

All my commands are going green in the window, just nothing happening in my ship.

ah, ok.
did you configure the relating keypresses in ED?
if so, try starting both programs in Admin mode (i never had to, bu you never know....).

forgot one did you configure the keypresses in VC as Key Input Method: Windows Game (Direct X)?

What do you have the "Send command to" option set to? Active Window? Elite Dangerous? Notepad? :)

Standard Key or DirectX

Mine was doing that till I set the key binds to use DirectX not standard key press.

I think it might be something to do with faster CPU cycles on newer machines, putting it through DirectX sends it to the window regardless of how fast it actuates on the PC.

or some b??????s like that.
