hehehe nice landing :D

A tip , when you approach a landing pad. Put your ships nose down to it so you can se it instead of using the vertical thruster to go down. its much easier to land if you "fly" to the pad and face it, and when you are above it then use your thrusters for fine tuning the landing :)

Also put all pips to shields and 2 on engine when going into a station. it can save you if you collide whit anything :)

Any landing you can walk away from ... hehe.

Have done similar or probably worse a few times usually when I was too cocky and coming in too fast.

Like Vikinger says flying to the pad is a great method and if you nail it fully gives a great feeling when you swoop in and dock in one smooth movement (like landing a plane on a runway). Must make you look like a pro if anyone was watching too.

hehe nice landing :) I doubt there's a person here who hasn't done the same, but as above I find that going in nose tilted forwards so I can see the pad helps immensely, just straighten out at the last second.

Cheers guys. Normally better at landing than that, just happened to be the one I recorded :lol:

The landings I seem to struggle with are the ones nearest the main door as you can't always see them that well. I hadn't noticed that the small radar actually shows the direction of the pad which helps a lot!
