There's a note on the launcher - and nowhere else, as far as I can tell - that says "The Colonia Council are organizing infrastructure for further expansion initiatives and will resume once again next week."
So hopefully just a temporary pause. With the third wave getting 25% more pilots and cargo than the second, it would seem a bit early to call a halt.

I've been saying we need better outfitting stocks and, at least, one more shipyard in Eol Prou Sector with better choice of ships for two months now.
Hopefully it will happen soon.

Isn't phase 3 over? I'm not seeing a CG at Jaques anymore.
Yes. There is a note in the launcher indicating that there will be a short break before the next CG begins. Rough for anyone who just arrived in Colonia with a hold full of GGs and no CG in which to sell them. I guess they can always buy into Beta to have something to do ...
Yep because there is pap all to do in Colonia. On my way back to occupied space as we speak.

The note in the launcher is definitely for the second CG (which is over) as it clearly has an end date of March. Also the link directs to the current CG.
Not if they want to retain their progress.
Colonia doesn't need a phase 4 of this CG.
What it needs are better stocked shipyards and better outfitting.
I've been piling on credits like crazy running missions, it's a great place to make money, but I will have to go back to The Bubble to buy better ships if things don't change.
In the meantime more exploration..........
The note wasn't added until after the February CG was completed on the March 2nd end date. The end date for the upcoming CG won't be publicized until that CG is announced. Likewise the link comes here because a new thread for the upcoming CG has not been added. Besides ... there has to be another CG or else what am I going to do with all the Galactic Guides?

It appears your options are limited if there is no further phase of the CG.............. let's just wait and see.
I arrived at one landfall base in Colonia this morning to find it in lock-down so some things are on the move in the BGS.
