Discussion Recomended Video Editor with Voice Over Capes

I am looking for a video editor that will allow my to record voice over video in post production. I have been using VSDC but it doesn't have a voice record option. What do you all use/recommend?

That's what I use already however I asked for a program that would let me put voice over a video, post production. OBS only does it simultaneously.

Have you tried videopad editor? http://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/

I can't supply you with the features, since I only know this program from a mate of mine, but he edits in the music afterwards, so maybe what you want to do is possible as well.

If you want something free and are willing to dig into how it works, Blender does have a video editing mode. Can use Audacity to do your recording and then position video and sound clips as needed in Blender.
