T-9, T-6, T-6, T6... thanks for complying and dropping cargo. That was fun!

T-6 - We killed you because you didn't power down. It was kind of an accident, but still...

FDL - We killed you because... well, I got there just in time to watch you blow up. I think my wingmate got trigger happy. Still...

Asp - That was totally an accident. I was trying to put shots across your bow, with corrosives, my wingmate was trying to slow you down with drags.... and you kinda blew up unexpectedly. Still...

Orca - You defied us. That was great. When security showed up, we decided to go. We both got adjudication servers drops, so we didn't combat log on you.

That was all incredibly fun :D

To all of the awesome CMDRs that evaded us - great job!

Looking forward to the next CG!

*edit*

To the guy who came back in a sidey and fought my wingmate in a FAS - great fight!!!!

How many shots did that Asp take?

I dunno. Not many.

Both the Asp and the T-6 mentioned were gone in what seemed like an instant.

Can't say I didn't regret killing them outright like that... but I can't say it didn't result in uncontrollable laughter, either :D

Were you the guys that kept trying to chase my high speed Adder at the CG as I had alot of fun running away when interdicted that 688m/s boost was useful :D

I was flanking him and I believe that he blowed out once struck with 2x double shot pacifiers (drag) combined with Vin's multis corrosion effect. His hull went down too quickly

Sounds like pretty awful piloting skills if you keep destroying ships 'by mistake'. I suggest you stick to solo until you git gud.

If they were your typical "trading build" (=lightweight unmodded armour, D-rated from the cellar to the roof, shields measured in hundreds of kilojoules,...) they are really a two-shot kills for decently modified gun.

I do not condone piracy, but I wouldn't blame them for "accidental kills". It's an ill-prepared ship that kills you more often than your opponent.
I once accidentally rammed a T9 in a Courier and they just blew up. I mean, come on, people. Are you building your ships out of paper? :D

Actually we were talking about this. My feeling is that many of the cmdrs out there are flying barely survivables builds, even against PVE, from there may come many of the complaints about AI being too hard.

I don't recall an Adder, but it's possible. There was one cat, maybe a Python who had such a short FSD charge that he kept making a fool of us. We'd drop into the instance and he'd be gone before we knew what was happening.

*edit* And T-7s are ridiculously hard to interdict, BTW? Why is that?

It's true. We didn't plan very well (it was sort of a "hey, let's go do this" kind of thing), so we wound up taking sledgehammers when we should have taken rubber mallets. You start modding weapons and reinforcing hulls, and you soon forget that there are folks out there running around with lightweight alloys.

Next time...

He probably had 0% integrity :p ... that sort of increases the damage, and I bet it'll be lightweight with no armour... you might want to hold fire on an Asp in the future if you aren't the murdering kind :p

I'd join you at the CG but I'm looking for a system for an, ahem, project.

The irony of it all is that your greatest challenge was the Orca :p, albeit with the help of security .... but it had to last long enough.

Ha - well, we pulled him over and dropped his shields (and hull a little). But he wasn't responding to comms, so we all just wound up sitting there motionless, staring at each other. I thought maybe he didn't speak english, or maybe he wasn't running cargo (our hatch breaker, cargo scanner had gone elsewhere for the moment). We weren't looking to murder the guy needlessly, so in the end we just peeled off and let him go. As soon as we did, we got dropped by the server.

Re the Python: I'm confused, how does one get a shorter FSD charge time?
I've never seen this effect, shorter boot, yes, but not shorter spool time.

T7's agility is great, even in SC. It has the best yawing speed out of all ships

Orca can be crazy fast (she's only 10 m/s slower than Cobra) and has surprisingly resilient shields. Plus she is the second best ramming ship in the game.
I'm not surprised at all!

I thought there was a secondary effect that would reduce charge time, but I could be wrong. Either way, he did a damn good job of evading us.

So how many of you in this group? I mean I know only 1 against a t-6 may not be enough, hopefully you had at least 3 that would be fair.

Sarcasm aside, if your mission is not kill then maybe just use 1 of your gang members to pirate a non combat ship? much less chance of an accidental slaughter. 3 ships fire warning shots at an unarmed t-6 and oops sorry accident but your dead.

Gang mentality IMO
