Horizons Are Trade Missions failing for anyone else?

Is this happening to anyone else?

So during a session today (Sunday 12 mar), I picked up a routine delivery mission and set off for a casual flight to a nearby system (12ly 1jump)... a trip I have done countless times.
On arrival I went to the mission board to claim my reward only to find that the mission was not recognised as ready for cashing in, the usual icon against the faction mission giver was not there.
I checked nav list, system map, galaxy map and my mission status board..... all confirmed that I was in the correct place within the time limit and the cargo was aboard and ready to be handed over.
So at this point I concluded it must be a bug! so I launced from the station and left the no fire zone then re-docked..... still no mission reward dialog so I quit the game and re joined 20min later with no change in status.
This has now happened several times at different location with various cargo delivery missions and my mission time limit is going to fail.... incurring a fine from the mission giver originating station.... also leaving me with a hold full of cargo which will become "stolen/illicit". So what is going on, I have been doing this stuff a long time (ranking ELITE in trading) so this is no rookie error on my part.

I have had a few fails, but they were "Mission Failed" as soon as I took the mission.
I just abandon the mission from the transaction list.

A few times I have had a problem where what you describe has shown up for me.
I then hit button 4 on the keyboard and check the total of my Materials and Data.
Usually I have 1000/1000, or 500/500. And this means the reward giver wants to give you something as well as credits, but it wont fit in your ship.
I then have to dump something to make room for whatever he wants to give me, and then the mission gets paid for.
Try that, but if it is not that problem, ask again or file a report.

This observation is "Spot On" my friend, thank you once again for posting your comment to my question. I don't belive I missed that ..... lost several million creds in failed missions for that simple oversight.

Hi there,

For the record, I don't believe the commander's cargo/material space to be in any way related to intant failing missions.

This has been a very nasty and hard to reproduce bug, but I found something today that may have been the culprit.

Yep it will happen no matter what free space you have.
Really glad you think you may have found the problem, it's the most game-breaking bug currently, IMHO
