It may well be that the mods have to dragged outside, kisking and screaming I hope, to have the wet kipper administered to the face. This may also make it easier to film. It may be that Health and Safety / the Food Standards Agency will need to be involved to determine whether such an event is a) safe; b) food-safe.

Kippers aren't meant to be wet.... [woah]

I already have the wife working with the ISO to come up with an agreed standard for Wet Kipper Slapping. Once done I will get audited and if everything goes according to plan I will be a fully accredited Fish Slapper... Erm, hold on, that can't be right! :D

Genuinely (Like the aforementioned Kipper) gutted that I won't be there to join in the piscine related fun and frolics.

I have a rather truculent turbot which I could cause considerable damage with when aroused...

Erm... OK... For once I am at a loss for words!


Right, now that's over... It's a shame you won't be there but fear not as I have put the call out for a camera man to film the whole event and i will also be sorting out with the event organisers where/when is best to do this. I'd also like to be able to get the footage out ASAP - who knows, maybe there will be a streamer there so it can be broadcast live! Either way I'll be doing my best to ensure that the fishy fun gets seen...

I'd like it so at next years event I can have a booth all set up with a queue of mods outside waiting for their slap... Possibly paying for it to - Sorry it was Frontier that gave me that idea! :D
