Questions about Interstellar Factors

I have only found a handful of stations that offer Interstellar Factor services. Are there criteria which define what stations offer these services, and is there a list of stations offering IF services?

They are typically low security.. you can check to see if the service is offered from the galaxy map. I usually keep one or two marked on my map for quick reference.

This is my experience as well. I don't have anything to add. Really, just wanted to say I love your avvie.

I find them more on outlying stations rather than orbitals.

Yes. Any low security system that has a station should have Interstellar Factors. I don't know of any list...
