Anyone unhappy with bounty amount on Kahina, what is stopping you from offering more?

Actually reading what I just wrote - I offer 3 millions credits in any reasonable form (painite, platinum etc.) for anyone that can give me the information of Comandor Salomé whereabouts (of course if the location can be confirmed, not paying for ideas ;) )

Hm.. I hope to see you around commander. I really do.
In many pieces preferably.

Well... CoR have responded in kind.

http://www.childrenofraxxla.co.uk/f...3303-Special-Directive-4-issued-by-CoR-Consul

They would have offered more if the wig came with Aisling's head, but they already own that - its been on display at Serebrov Terminal since the battle of Eotienses.

Warning, not a pretty sight... [knocked out]

RP:
I'll say that again so everyone is clear.
RP:

It's amusing that The Children of Raxxla still think they're important players in this.
CoR didn't destroy the prison convoy and extract Salome - that was done by the REAL power in this story.

There is an unknown faction capable of assigning specific Imperial ships to missions, so that the names are significant, and who have sufficient resources to utterly destroy those ships.
They are ruthless in their actions and are willing to kill hundreds of people in order to maintain their secrecy.
In all of this, Salome is just the pawn of this unknown faction - the person they've chosen as the public face of what they're trying to achieve - and they'll sacrifice her too, if it suits their aims.

If you want to figure out what's going on, you need to think bigger than Salome, and MUCH bigger than CoR.

There's a core of truth to that roleplay. Don't forget it.

The way I read the Children of Raxxla short story by Alessia Verdi has always led me to believe that the relationship between CoR and Salome was one of mutual convenience. CoR is, and has been, using Salome but she's certainly getting something in return. When she needed to setup the listening posts near the Rift CoR was quick to comply.

I'm not so sure that Salome is CoR's pawn. Everything points to CoR being Salome's pawns.

Oh I completely agree.
CoR are pawns of a pawn.
I'll tweak my original post to make that clearer.

What is wrong with me wanting to know where she is? She has way more "boyfriends" than I anticipated, maybe I should reconsider the dinner idea ;)

Your initial post wasn't entirely clear. It did kind of sound like you're intentions were less than friendly. Maybe if you clarified that you're bounty voucher is for her phone number and not her head ...

It's ok, politicians are over-rated. It's not like we have a shortage of people that think they should be the next Great Leader.

You see, even now you call it a bounty voucher... anyways, I am old fashioned and do not want to explain publicly details of my planned relationships :)

You could try asking for a date with a hundred tonnes of MA rather than a red rose!

Afterthought: be sure to get her requirements list properly checked off, I'm reminded of the Olive Oyl and Popeye episode https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=X5l1epMg2js
(no I'm not old enough to remember it first time round!)

Given CMDR Baton has been heavily involved with the searches, and indeed uncovered on of the Dynasty outposts himself, I do rather think his comments are being taken out of context.

Well, who knows, I can be actually a quite clever, hired by Empire, bounty hunter, helping you guys only to get to my targ..... oops! :D

Finally back home from my first trip to the Rift!

Took one week for getting there, stay 3 days and then return home. Given that i usually need 1,5-2 hours for 20 jumps (I scan everything that looks remotely interesting) this was work. :D

First things first: I know you are looking for ELWs in the Rift-area. Found one in Scheau Phoe OY-L C10-0 AB 2
Looks close to the settlements from the bubble. Can't really tell the distance from here in the star map.

Found 3 ELWs, even more Ammonia Worlds and many Water-worlds during this trip. For all you veterans that might not be much, but for my first big journey into the black i am actually proud of that. :)

Unusal stuff? Don't know, i found a occupied escape pod at the edge of the rift, 8,6k LY from Sol. They can be that far out? Did not know that. Brought it home, along with two other ones i found around 5k from Sol. You can't just leave them there. Given how big this galaxy is, maybe noone will ever get there again.
Than there was the strange moon i already mentioned. Did not have a loading-time like that for the rest of the trip. But who knows. Maybe just networking stuff.

I hope 2.3 drops soon, so i can get this nice Sensor-mod and head back out again.

It is interesting to fly out there, not knowing what you are looking for. I know it is not a POI, from what Drew said. So i tried looking at surface temps of ammonia-worlds, maybe too hot? maybe "ammonia-formed"? But i had no real comparison with worlds i already know to continue that. I even started to look for patterns in witch-space. Maybe they are off? At least one log mentioned lights there...

At least i did not go space-crazy. :)
