After 2 years playing ED , visiting 10794 systems , traveling 405573 Ly making 18608 Jumps and being 55.190 Ly from Sol i found twin ElW
So are they so rare to find twin ElW or i am just unlucky?

Congrats mansometimes it is luck of the draw, as I've been lucky enough to find two systems with two ELW binaries in them within 200ly of each other :/
Still looking for those binary/trinary earth-likes with metallic rings thoughnot found a single one of those yet lol
I've found a few pretty close to the bubble actually, but to be honest with the number of systems we have to fly through, it's really pot luck.
A change in jump distance of a tiny portion of a ly and even if you tried to take the same straight route as another commander it's very likely you'll see mostly different systems.
the magic of elite. It can be entirely common, or it can be super rare... depending on how RNGsus is feeling today
Congrats to OP.
Statistically, if there is a 1 in 100 chance of coming across an ELW (might be less than that in the game, but just for example), then I should imagine a double like that should be 1/100 x 1/100 = 1/10000.
Your experience, and that of Shadragon suggest it's that order of magnitude, so yes, pretty rare.
Not really since the key factor is that both planets need to be within the Goldilock's Zone. Twin ELWs that aren't binary pairs requires either a large Glodilock's Zone (only a few star types make that possible) or ELWs around different stars. But if there is a binary pair within the zone then there is a reasonable chance that both will be ELWs.That's for finding 2 ELW's in a system, which could be the 3rd and the 5th planet in the system, or even orbiting a second star tenthousands of lightseconds away. To find two of them as a twin is even rarer.
Why is this considered such a wonderful achievement or experience? seems super anticlimactic
